Two women died after hit by train

Bahraich: Two women died after they were hit by a goods train while crossing the railway track in Bahraich on Friday. 

According to Dynamite News correspondent, the incident occurred in Jarwalroad police station area.

According to reports, the incident occurred when theyr were crossing the railway track  at around 9 o’clock on Friday morning, 

Seeing a train coming from Lucknow towards Gonda, the two women stopped on a track and waited for the train to pass.

Later, a goods train arrived on the same track, striking and killing the two women.

The deceased women were identified as Shahjahan (42), wife of Anees, a resident of Jhukiya, and Salma (40), wife of Nizamuddin, a resident of Jhukiya.

Police station in-charge Brijraj Prasad said that after reaching the spot, the body was taken into custody and sent for post-mortem. Police is investigating the incident.
