Ordering high-value electronics like headphones through third-party grocery delivery apps is supposed to save you a chaotic trip through crowded warehouse aisles. But if a courier fails to follow through warehouse checkout protocol, you might end up receiving an expensive piece of useless flat cardboard.
For Utah creator Marilla (@marilladelrey), the nightmare scenario allegedly came true. According to her, an everyday Costco delivery via Instacart turned out to be a mind-boggling retail blunder. She allegedly got an empty display sign instead of a real headphone that she had ordered with other groceries.
