US Sues Southwest Airlines Over 'Chronically Delayed' Flights

The Transportation Department is suing Southwest Airlines, alleging the airline is violating federal regulations by operating chronically delayed flights due to unrealistic scheduling.

The lawsuit seeks maximum civil penalties.
