Joey Spencer has questioned Tim Tszyu's boxing IQ as the pair traded sledges after confirming their super-welterweight showdown will go ahead as planned.

A judging fiasco threatened to hijack Sunday's blockbuster bout before the Combat Sports Authority of NSW appeased Spencer's camp and appointed two international officials to the three-man panel.
