Enhanced Games' lawsuit seeking more than $1 billion in damages from World Aquatics for trying to "crush" the drug-friendly sports event has been dismissed by a US court.

Organisers of Enhanced Games had sought damages after World Aquatics passed a by-law, giving it powers to ban anyone associated with the event founded by Australian entrepreneur Aron D'Souza.
