Jim Furyk has has admitted he would like golf icon Tiger Woods to join his Ryder Cup set-up for the 2027 contest at Adare Manor. despite Woods currently undergoing treatment in Switzerland following a recent car crash.

Furyk, who will lead the United States team for a second time after their heavy defeat at Le Golf National in 2018, has previously served alongside Woods as a vice-captain.
