Sgt Allyson Moody, from Lanark Police Station, said: “We would ask anyone who has seen Keiran or knows where he is to get in touch with police. We, along with the family, just want to make sure he is safe and well.

“We’d also ask Keiran himself to get in touch either with police or his family as soon as possible.”

Anyone with information as to his whereabouts should contact the police via 101 quoting reference number 3372 of Thursday, 15 December.
