Urban Company Q1 Results: Firm posts Rs 92 crore loss vs profit year ago; revenue rises 44% YoY

Urban Company on Friday reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 92 crore for the April–June quarter of FY27, compared with a net profit of nearly Rs 7 crore in the year-ago period, even as revenue from operations rose 44% year-on-year to Rs 528 crore.

The company’s total expenses surged 66.5% YoY to Rs 640 crore, while total income increased 42% YoY to Rs 566 crore during the first quarter of the ongoing financial year 2027.
