NEW DELHI: Union culture and tourism minister G Kishan Reddy and BJP national general secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya continue to face heat from the opposition leaders over their controversial remarks on the newly-unveiled armed forces recruitment scheme Agnipath.
Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) social media convener Krishan K claimed that the Union minister during a press conference on June 17 had allegedly said that the Agnipath recruits - Agniveers - would be trained as drivers, electricians, washermen and barbers.
