Britain is to take sanction action against the reported use of Iranian drones by Vladimir Putin’s army to unleash a wave of attacks on electricity plants in Ukraine.
Shortly before midday on Thursday, a spokesperson for the UK’s Foreign Office spokesman said: “The Foreign Secretary James Cleverly will make an announcement shortly about taking action using our autonomous sanctions regime concerning Iranian drones.”
