(Picture: Grainger )Grainger the UK’s largest provider of private rental homes has pledged to take a “responsible” approach to rent increases across its 10,000 properties as its customers face increased economic “challenges”.
The Newcastle-based business released a trading update for the 11 months to the end of August posting an increase in rental income of 4.5% so far this year with a higher figure of 5.4% for its newest properties.
