In the main event of UFC 286 this weekend, Leon Edwards defends the welterweight title against Kamaru Usman in front of a home crowd.
Edwards knocked out Usman in dramatic fashion with a minute left in their rematch in August, seven years after suffering a points loss to the “Nigerian Nightmare”.
With his stunning, head-kick knockout of Usman, Jamaican-born Edwards became Britain’s second ever UFC champion. He now makes his first defence of the belt, at the UFC’s first pay-per-view event in Britain since 2016.
In the co-main event, former lightweight title challenger Justin Gaethje takes on rising contender Rafael Fiziev.
