The second phase of sales for Euro 2024 began this week as the final tournament draw was made.
For England so far, it has been announced that the team is to play against Slovenia, Denmark and Serbia.
Sales for the fans of the 20 qualified teams and hosts Germany have now opened, with fans eager to get their hands on tickets.
How to get tickets for Euro 2024
Standard Tickets and Accessibility Tickets will continue to be available for purchase until 12 December 2020 at 2pm.
Sales opened with over 2.7 million tickets available, more than 80 per cent of which are allocated to all fans for matches across ten host cities in Germany.People have been asked to note that tickets reserved for the knockout stage matches will be sold during the tournament upon the qualification of the teams for the respective matches.
Over 18s who wish to apply will be asked to create an account on the Ticket Portal and provide personal details before supplying the following information:
- the team being supported, if any (“I am a fan of…”)
- the match(es) people wish to attend
- the price category interested in
- the number of tickets
Whilst minors are unable to book tickets or create accounts, they can attend matches as guests.
A high demand for tickets means the allocation process will be completed by a lottery and will take place once the application window has closed.
Successful applicants will receive an email with a link to pay for tickets once this period comes to an end on January 31 in the new year, but are at risk of having the booking cancelled should they not pay for all tickets allocated to them. This will come ahead of the play-offs and ticket sales in March and April and the tournament kick-off in June 2024.
