Uber has claimed victory in a £340 million legal battle brought by London black cab drivers and two private hire vehicle firms.

The ride-hailing app was sued in 2024 over allegations the company gave misleading information to Transport for London (TfL) to obtain a licence to operate in the capital in 2012.
