Speaking on The Diary of a CEO podcast, hosted by Steven Bartlett, the 57-year-old set out a culture built on relentless effort. 'We're going to be really demanding,' he said. 'If you're not performing, we're going to let you know. And if you don't fix it, we're going to push you out.'
