The UAE has extended its flagship Nafis programme until 2040, signalling a long-term push to strengthen Emiratisation and expand opportunities for national talent in the private sector.
The announcement was made by Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court. The extension comes under the directives of UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, reinforcing the country’s commitment to building a sustainable national workforce.
