U.S. stock futures traded slightly lower in early pre-market trade on Wednesday after the Dow Jones surged around 240 points in the previous session. Investors are awaiting earnings results from Target Corporation (NYSE:TGT), Lowe's Companies, Inc. (NYSE:LOW) and Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:CSCO).
