Tyson Fury reacts as Dillian Whyte signs contract for 'biggest payday' at Wembley

Tyson Fury has reacted sarcastically after news broke of Dillian Whyte penning his contract for the pair's huge fight in April.

Whyte waited until the final hours of the deadline before submitting his contract with the WBC before the 6am cut-off on Tuesday.

It means that the countdown to April 23rd at Wembley Stadium is now on, with it being widely understood that will be the date and venue.

The fight has been a long-time coming, having officially being mandated by the WBC months ago but facing significant delays with purse bids pushed back on four occasions before Whyte took his time in putting pen to paper.

However, the floodgates have now opened and anticipation is building ahead of what is set to be one of the biggest boxing showdowns in recent years.

Whyte's antics in delaying his contract signing have come under the spotlight but Fury has rebuffed the 'mind games' from his opponent, vowing to 'bust' him when the pair face-off.

"Oh my God, Dillian Whyte signed his contract for eight million dollars. What a surprise!" He sarcastically stated in an Instagram story.

"An absolute idiot, should this even be a talking point? The man has signed for the biggest payday he's ever going to get in his life.

"Oh my God, my head hurts from all the mind games that Dillian Whyte has been playing on me, oh my God, I'm so sore, I don't know whether I'm coming or going, my training camp is a mess.

"I'm going to absolutely bust Dillian Whyte like a cheap f****** water balloon. And when I finish with him, Joe Parker is going to to set about on him, because you're useless, you big dosser, you useless sausage!"
