Two teenagers arrested in Galway after Gardai seize over €85,000 in drugs and cash

Galway Gardai Galway City

Two young men were arrested in Galway on Tuesday after gardai seized approximately €85,500 worth of cash and illegal drugs.

The bust was made as part of Operation Tara, which aims to disrupt, dismantle and prosecute drug trafficking networks at all levels.

This particular search was carried out at around 8:00pm on Tuesday at a house in Galway City.
