Two teenagers have appeared in court charged over a cyber attack on Transport for London (TfL) last year.
Thalha Jubair, 19, from Tower Hamlets, east London, and Owen Flowers, 18, from Walsall, West Midlands, were both arrested on Tuesday as part of an investigation by the National Crime Agency (NCA) and City of London Police.
