The Northern Territory's COVID-19 related death toll has climbed to seven with officials reporting two more fatalities.
SecureNT says two women in their 60s, who both had underlying health issues, have passed away in the Royal Darwin Hospital.
One died on Tuesday and one on Wednesday.
There are currently 168 people in hospital with the virus including three patients in intensive care.
The Territory reported another 1161 new infections on Thursday, and also revised up the number reported on Wednesday from 1128 to 1165, following the inclusion of more rapid antigen test results.
Active cases now stand at 7411.
