Two more women have testified against a doctor who allegedly assaulted and raped patients, bringing the total number of accusers to five.
Ahmed Al-Sudani was arrested at a medical centre in Arncliffe, in Sydney's south, in July over the alleged assault of a 28-year-old woman and alleged rape of a 19-year-old woman.
A third woman came forward during a police investigation a few days after the 46-year-old was arrested.
He faces five charges of sexual touching without consent and another five charges of sexual intercourse without consent.
All five women have lodged apprehended personal violence orders against him.
Al-Sudani has been banned from medical practice and was forced to surrender his passport to police.
He is on bail, having previously promised to pay $1 million if he breached any conditions at Sutherland Local Court in July.
He will appear at Downing Centre Local Court on October 22.
