Two dead after boats carrying students capsize in Japan

  • Two people, including a 17-year-old high school student, died after two boats carrying 21 individuals capsized off Okinawa, Japan, on Monday.

  • A wave advisory was in place during the accident, but the water was not very rough, and the Japan Coast Guard is investigating the cause.
