Two more people have been arrested over the fatal shooting of a nan on her doorstep.
Jacqueline Rutter, 53, died in the early hours of Sunday, October 30 last year when a gunman burst through the door of her home and shot her in the chest in Meadowbrook Road, Moreton.
Merseyside Police today announced a 21-year-old man from Liverpool and a 23-year-old woman from New Brighton have been arrested on suspicion of murder. The suspects are in custody and are being questioned by detectives.

Three other men, aged 25, 44 and 52, remain on conditional bail having been arrested earlier in the investigation. Detectives previously said they had identified a black Vauxhall Insignia they believe was involved in this incident and was seen between 12.45am-1.15am on the morning of the murder.
Ms Rutter's family have previously told the ECHO they believe she was the innocent victim of a "revenge attack" by gangland figures. A source said: "This is payback. It came out weeks ago that if they couldn't get to who they wanted, they would get to her instead.
"Jackie wouldn't hurt a fly. She was the sweetest woman you could ever meet. She only weighed five and a half stone - and they shot her point blank.
"A group of men turned up at the house, kicked down the door and shot her."
Detective Chief Inspector Steve McGrath, the Senior Investigating Officer, said: “Progress is being made in our investigation but we don’t want anyone to see arrests and think we don’t still need any information which is out there.
"If you know anything and have yet to come forward, please do so. What you may know or have captured may seem insignificant, but could still form a vital part of this investigation.”
