Two people have been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter after the death of a man in Canary Wharf who may have recently undergone a cosmetic procedure.
It is understood the alleged victim is Jordan James Parke, the self-titled “Lip King”, who had appeared on television shows, including ITV’s This Morning, to discuss cosmetic surgery he had undergone.
