Sunday Night Football in Week 7 was a much anticipated matchup as two 5-1 squads were on a collision course in the Miami Dolphins and Philadelphia Eagles. How sustainable was their success? It would be put to the test as each was about to face a “good team” for once on their schedule.
The Eagles had no problem with Miami. Quarterback Jalen Hurts went 23-of-31 for 279 yards, two touchdowns, an interception, and also rushed 11 times for 21 yards and a score. Philadelphia’s offense out-gained the Dolphins 355 to 244 and limited their run game to 45 yards.
