He’ll be battling comedian Shazia Mirza, presenter Dave Benson Phillips, Radio 1Xtra’s Remi Burgz and Max George from band The Wanted. But the first challenge has Terry scrabbling for ideas, as the celebrities are tasked with creating a dish showcasing an ingredient hidden under a silver cloche, with only an hour on the clock. Next up, the contestants are asked to prepare their top dinner party dishes. But will Terry impress judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace? Continues on Thursday and Friday.

Kate Garraway's Life Stories 2023, 9 pm, ITV1
Having grilled Strictly’s Anton Du Beke last week, comedian and chat show queen Ruby Wax is Kate Garraway’s second guest in her latest Life Stories series, and as you might imagine there’s lots of laughter amongst the difficult subjects that she opens up about. ‘Ruby has been a hero of mine since I first saw her on TV,’ says Kate. ‘Her life story is so astounding, and her brilliance at how she’s navigated her way through her life is inspiring. But of course, with Ruby, hysterical laughter is never far away!’

While Annika waits for an appropriate moment to break that news, she and her team at the Marine Homicide Unit are summoned to investigate a brutal drowning recorded on somebody’s phone - leading to a high-speed pursuit and, unluckily for acrophobic Annika, a clamber up some scaffolding…
