TV presenter and ex-Coronation Street star Nicola Thorp shares father’s cancer diagnosis

Nicola Thorp Cancer

This Morning presenter Nicola Thorp announced that her father has been diagnosed with bowel cancer.
Thorp described feeling as though “time stopped” upon hearing the diagnosis, unsure of the outcome.
Her father has since undergone successful keyhole surgery to remove half of his large intestine, and the tumour has also been removed.
Thorp expressed gratitude for her family's fortune and extended support to others facing similar struggles.
She shared the news at her father's request, hoping it would assist others going through a cancer diagnosis.
