Turkey is restricting some commercial vessels from entering the Black Sea amid growing concern over Russian and Ukrainian attacks on merchant shipping, Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the matter. The move is affecting some ships heading to Russia’s Novorossiysk and may also apply to vessels bound for Ukraine.
