A woman claims her five-year-old daughter said she never wants to go on holiday "ever again" after a dreadful experience with a popular travel company.
Kim McManus, 40, from Widnes, was supposed to fly to Turkey on Friday for her daughter's first-ever holiday abroad. However, things soon turned sour after they began queuing up to get on the plane.
At first, the mother and daughter were told the wait was due to overbooking. But less than an hours later, Kim received a text message from Tui, informing her that their whole holiday package has been cancelled.
