A shocked mum has told how her gutted daughter never wants to go on holiday again after her first trip abroad was scrapped at the last minute.
Crestfallen Kim McManus, 40, was due to fly out to Turkey on Friday with five-year-old Autumn only to be given the heartbreaking news that the plane was overbooked as they stood in the queue to board.
Worse still, the mum-of-one got a text from travel company Tui saying that their whole package holiday had also been scrapped - leaving Autumn unconsolable.
