Donald Trump's investment accounts bought between £740,000 ($1 million) and £3.7 million ($5 million) of SpaceX bonds two days before he signed a national policy aimed at expanding commercial space launches and reentries.

The purchase, made on 18 August 2026, appears in the president's latest financial disclosure, which lists 517 transactions for the month.
