Donald Trump's 2024 warning about a system where 'everybody gets health care' has resurfaced online, bringing renewed attention to his description of government-backed coverage as a 'communist system.'

The remarks came during a press conference at his Bedminster golf club in New Jersey, on 15 August 2024, when he was campaigning against Kamala Harris. They were not a new statement about the 2026 midterm elections.
