Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump is set to speak at the Moms for Liberty annual gathering, a national nonprofit advocating for parental involvement in education. The group, with over 130,000 members, opposes LGBTQ+ and racial equity programs in K-12 classrooms.

Trump aims to energize his conservative base by aligning with Moms for Liberty's stance on education. However, this move may alienate moderate voters who view the group's activism as extreme.
