He has been routinely accusing President Joe Biden of using drugs, with the usual vivid details Trump injects into all his weird fantasies. "So a little before debate time, he gets a shot in the a—," Trump told rallygoers in Philadelphia Saturday. "I say he’ll come out all jacked up," he added, before going off on a diatribe accusing Biden of being the owner of a bag of cocaine found in a White House visitors' closet last year.
