The economy follows closely behind at 24%, with abortion, border security, and healthcare affordability also ranking as important topics for voters.
Demographic breakdowns from the survey show that Trump holds a significant lead among White voters, while Harris enjoys strong support among Black voters. Women in North Carolina are currently favoring Harris, while men are leaning towards Trump. Additionally, younger voters are more likely to support Harris, while older voters are showing a preference for Trump.
Notably, the poll also gauged public sentiment towards President Biden, revealing that 41% of voters approve of his job performance, while 54% disapprove.
