Trump fumes as Bad Bunny wows Super Bowl audience with halftime show celebrating Hispanic culture

Ban Bunny has caused fury at the White House after delivering an energetic Super Bowl halftime show that celebrated love, unity, and Hispanic culture across the Americas.

The popular Puerto Rican artist, also known as Benito Antonio Martinez Ocasio, has triggered 79-year-old Donald Trump, who said the “dancing is disgusting.”

Inviting a wealth of celebrities to the stage on Sunday night, including Lady Gaga, Cardi B, Pedro Pascal, and Ricky Martin, the coveted and historic Super Bowl LX halftime show was dripping with poignant cultural references that celebrated the best of Latin American culture.

During the show, a real couple tied the knot on stage, performers played traditional instruments, and dancers weaved through sugar cane fields symbolic of Bad Bunny’s Puerto Rican heritage.

Waving flags of nations across North and South America, Bad Bunny sang in Spanish, danced among joyous crowds, and at one point carried a football emblematic of a region united through its diversity: "Together We Are America" was inscribed on the ball.

The message of Bad Bunny’s show was clear, with the jumbotron reading: “The only thing more powerful than hate is love."

As anticipated, an angry Trump took to social media to vent his fury at the halftime event, suggesting that he did at least watch parts of it.

“The Super Bowl Halftime Show is absolutely terrible, one of the worst, EVER! It makes no sense, is an affront to the Greatness of America, and doesn’t represent our standards of Success, Creativity, or Excellence,” he ranted.

“Nobody understands a word this guy is saying, and the dancing is disgusting, especially for young children that are watching from throughout the U.S.A., and all over the World.”

The right-wing president has long expressed a disdain for America’s Hispanic community, launching a brutal ICE tirade in recent months aimed at deporting members of the community.

Continuing his online rant, Trump said: “This “Show” is just a “slap in the face” to our Country, which is setting new standards and records every single day — including the Best Stock Market and 401(k)s in History!”

“There is nothing inspirational about this mess of a Halftime Show and watch, it will get great reviews from the Fake News Media, because they haven’t got a clue of what is going on in the REAL WORLD — And, by the way, the NFL should immediately replace its ridiculous new Kickoff Rule.”

As Bad Bunny and performers delivered an electric rendition of songs, including "Tití Me Preguntó," some conservatives refused to watch the show, while others took to social media to vent their grievances.

Outraged that Bad Bunny would be performing the half-time show, right-wing pundits at Turning Point USA also decided to throw an ‘alt’ half-time show that aired at the same time.

The alternative performance, featuring artists like Kid Rock, drew 6 million viewers.

Although viewing numbers for Bad Bunny’s show are yet to be released, showbiz fans expect the figures to be considerably higher.
