Truck crash on major highway causes northbound delays

Northbound lanes have reopened on the Hume Highway after a crash involving two truck earlier this morning.

Emergency services were called to Boxers Creek north-west of Goulburn where there was a collision between a B-double and a truck about 5am on August 28, NSW Police said.

The drivers of the vehicles escaped the collision near Tiyces Lane with minor injuries, police said.

Live Traffic NSW initially reported both northbound lanes were closed near Boxers Creek as a result of the incident.

Both northbound lanes have now reopened, but motorists are warned to still expect delays while traffic clears.

Southbound lanes of the highway were unaffected.
