A host of exciting new vendors have launched at Trinity Kitchen in Leeds.
The food court, based at Trinity Leeds, rotates its offering on a regular basis with the next batch of tasty treats occupying the quirky units. For those who don’t know, lots of the vendors at Trinity Kitchen operate out of refurbed vehicles including a converted VW Camper Van, a Citroen H van, a horse trailer and a shipping container.
The new offerings have launched and will run alongside Trinity Kitchen’s permanent food businesses. These include Archies, Pho, Rola Wala, Tortilla, Pizzaluxe, and Doner Shack.

Hong Bao Asian Street Food
Hong Bao Asian Street Food will be dishing up an array of traditional Chinese dishes such as sizzling pork skewers, homemade vegetable tempura and a variety of curry dishes.
Tikk’s Thai Kitchen
Tikk’s Thai Kitchen will also be making an appearance, with an authentic taste of Southern Thai street food. The menu will feature mouth-watering bao buns, with a choice of aromatic duck and hoisin, or crispy cauliflower and sriracha mayo fillings.
Eat Like a Greek
Back by popular demand is Eat Like a Greek arriving with fresh, locally-sourced signature Greek dishes such as their Greek gyros and souvlakia.
Spuds ‘n’ Bros
The popular Spuds ‘n’ Bros is also back, serving the traditional Canadian delicacy of poutine with a variety of different toppings and the option of gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian gravy.
Little Red Food Truck
Diners can enjoy handmade burgers served in toasted brioche buns from Little Red Food Truck with the choice of having their burgers gluten or dairy-free, as well as vegetarian or vegan options. Guests can also take their pick from the food truck’s range of refreshing beers and cocktails.
