Tributes to 'lad with heart of gold' who died in dirt bike crash

A man who died in a crash in Runcorn has been named locally as Nathan Lindsay.

He has been described as a 'lad with a heart of gold' in tributes shared to Facebook by 'heartbroken' friends and family. The 26-year-old, nicknamed Nay, died in a crash involving a red and white dirt bike and a black Ford Eco sport on Halton Brow.

Emergency services rushed to the scene of the crash at around 1.20pm, on Friday, September 23, in an attempt to save the life of the Runcorn man. An air ambulance landed in a nearby field and he was rushed to Whiston Hospital.
