Friends and family of the man who died after a tragic accident in Cork will say their final goodbyes on Friday.
Scott Gallagher was sadly found dead this week after being found in a garden at the back of a house on Dunbar St in Cork city.
Tributes continue to flood in for Scott ahead of his funeral this week.
The talented 30-year-old chef, who is from Montenotte originally, is believed to have fallen from the roof where he and his friends would sit out and chat on occasion, CorkBeo reports
His body was found at 10am on Monday morning and its thought he fell sometime after midnight.
His body was removed to CUH and a postmortem was undertaken.
Tributes have been pouring in for the man who had worked as a chef at Market Lane.
Scott has been described as a "true gentlemen and a great friend" and many people have been recalling their fond memories with him over the years.
Carrigaline United were also amongst those sending their sympathies, as Scott's father Shay was a former treasurer of the club.
They posted: "Everyone here at Carrigaline United would like to pass on our sincerest condolences And deepest sympathies to our former club treasurer Shay Gallagher his wife Sharon and their children grace and Simon on the tragically accidental passing of their son and brother Scott Gallagher.
"Our warmest thoughts and prayers are with the Gallagher family and their close circle of family and friends
"May Scott rest in Peace".
Scott's cremation service will take place at the Island Crematorium in Ringaskiddy at 1pm on Saturday, with close friends and relatives set to gather at the family home on Friday evening.
