Renfrewshire Council's director of children's services has paid tribute to "loving" four year old, Kayden Frank.
Kayden was found dead at a flat on Argyle Street in Paisley on Monday evening, along with a 38 year-old man. Following a post mortem examination, his death is being treated as a murder.
A 38 year-old man, named locally as Steven Frank, was also found dead at the scene - his death is not being treated as suspicious and police say they have no information that indicates anyone else's involvement.
