Kansas City Chiefs' star tight end, Travis Kelce, is taking on a new role in Hollywood. Not only is he a Super Bowl champion, but he is also adding executive producer to his list of accomplishments. Kelce's first foray into film production comes with the upcoming movie 'My Dead Friend Zoe,' which is set to have its world premiere at the prestigious South by Southwest Film Festival in Austin, Texas, in March.
'My Dead Friend Zoe' is a darkly comedic drama that revolves around a U.S. Army veteran struggling to let go of her deceased best friend and reconnect with her estranged grandfather. The film boasts an impressive cast, featuring renowned actors Ed Harris, Sonequa Martin-Green, and Natalie Morales. All four, including Kelce, are credited as executive producers on the project. Directed and co-written by Kyle Hausmann-Stokes, 'My Dead Friend Zoe' is slated to debut on March 9, but it has yet to find a distributor for wider release.
