'Trash' bride cuts pregnant cousin out when she can't attend wedding due to C-section

A pregnant woman has been left devastated after her cousin harshly blocked her from all of her wedding group chats when she couldn't attend due to having a C-section.

The cousin is planning a destination wedding in early June but the woman is set to have surgery just weeks before, so would still be recovering and would not be able to travel.

In retaliation, the bride-to-be blocked her from all the wedding group chats and told the woman that the wedding is clearly not important to her so she is no longer invited.

In a Reddit post, the woman, who remained anonymous, wrote: "Just found out today that I got banned from my cousin's destination wedding group and uninvited to her wedding and blocked on everything because I'm due to have my son on May 17th via C-section and her wedding is the first week of June.

"I definitely won't be able to travel anywhere, much less out of the country. I also got kicked from the wedding planning group chat! Because 'my wedding isn’t important enough to you, obviously'.

"Sorry that my giving birth and surgery recovery is stopping me from attending this event, cuz."

In response, may have rushed to the woman's defence and claim the bride-to-be has acted very unreasonably towards her.

One person wrote: "Don't give it another thought. My daughter's birthday is also May 17th and I had a C-section! I wish you and your baby the absolute best and a speedy recovery for you."

While another joked: "Don't you know you're supposed to hold the baby in an extra few weeks so you can be at her wedding?"

A third penned: "I love it when the trash takes itself out! Good riddance! Congratulations on your baby!"

"Count your blessings you missed out on that drama. Congrats on the baby coming soon. Best reason ever," a fourth stated.
