A popular Swansea family attraction is doing its bit to help parents amidst the cost of living crisis by offering free meals for children. Limitless Trampoline Inflatable Park, located along the city's Langdon Road, has been a big hit since it opened six years ago as a family-run business.
And with the rise in food and fuel prices causing immense pressure on families across the city, those behind the park have decided to do their bit to alleviate the pressure they are facing. Free breakfast and lunch is to be served up to youngsters who visit the facility in a move it is hoped will offer a helping hand to the community.
The gesture comes after we reported how community buildings could be used in Swansea to give people a place to go to keep warm if they cannot afford to heat their own homes. Councillors, church leaders, and other organisations are set to meet to explore the concept of 'warm hubs' and whether community buildings in the area, such as local church halls, can be used to help keep people warm during the winter without people adding to their own fuel bills. Director of Limitless Swansea, Leigh Pugh said: "Limitless has been the heart of family entertainment in Swansea for the last six years. We are not a large corporation and have no financial backing from any investors, we are a family run business. With both directors previously working at Port Talbot Steelworks, the ethos and culture of Limitless is - family. So it is imperative for us to help local families during these difficult times.
"We are hoping to gain an amazing reception and hope that families can take advantage and benefit from these offers that we have created."
