London train passenger who grabbed woman’s hair convicted of first charge of sex-based harassment

A man who grabbed a young woman’s hair and asked “can I kiss you” while on a train to London has been convicted of sex-based harassment.

It is the first charge of its kind since the law was changed, and was brought by the British Transport Police.
