Hunter motorists are experiencing delays due to holiday traffic in various parts of the state.
In the north:
- At Beresfield, northbound traffic is heavy on John Renshaw Drive and the M1 Pacific Motorway, while New England Highway from Tarro to Hexham is also heavy.
- In Coffs Harbour, northbound traffic is heavy on the Pacific Highway.
In the south:
- At Nowra, southbound traffic on the Princes Highway is heavy.
- Approaching Milton, southbound traffic is heavy on the Princes Highway and in both directions through Ulladulla.
In Sydney:
- At Wahroonga, northbound traffic is heavy on Northconnex through to the M1 Pacific Motorway.
- Through Menangle, southbound traffic is heavy on the Hume Motorway.
Motorists travelling over the holiday period are advised to plan their trips, allow extra travel time and take regular breaks.
