Traffic noises may have this dangerous impact on the health of both men and women

Infertility is a major health concern these days. From the impact of gadgets and radiation to getting exposed to invisible contaminants, human beings are vulnerable to the hazardous impacts of these toxic elements. One in every seven couples is facing infertility issues globally. Among the several known risk factors of infertility are advanced age, tobacco and alcohol use, sexually transmitted infections, obesity, and underweight.

A Danish study, conducted recently has shed light on how road traffic noise is detrimental to fertility in women. The study also found the impact of particulate matter with a diameter <2.5 µm on fertility in men and women.
