James 'Arg' Argent looked slimmer than ever as he showed off his whopping 14 stone weight loss while on a topless run on holiday in Spain.

The former TOWIE star, 34, stripped down to just a pair of shorts as he showed off the incredible results of his recent fitness journey.

James underwent life-changing weight loss surgery last year and has been staying fit ever since. He showcased his abs and muscly arms as he exercised in the Marbella heat.
