Tottenham will host Manchester United on a Thursday night after the broadcast selections for Premier League fixtures in April were confirmed.
Spurs will welcome Erik ten Hag’s side to north London on April 27, just three days before they then travel to Anfield to take on Liverpool in what could prove to be a crucial clash in the race for Champions League football.
Arsenal, who have had four fixtures moved in April for TV coverage, face Manchester City away from home on Wednesday April 26, and could have a slight advantage heading into the match.
The Gunners’ clash against Southampton has been moved to the Friday before, April 21, giving them an extra day of rest over City. However, should Arsenal reach the Europa League quarter-finals or Southampton make it to the FA Cup semi-finals, the match against the Saints will be moved to Sunday April 23.
Many of the fixtures are still subject to change, including Man United vs Chelsea on April 22. That is currently scheduled for a 5:30pm GMT kick-off on the Saturday, but will swap with Tottenham vs Newcastle - pencilled in for 2pm the following day - should United still be in the FA Cup or Europa League.
The Premier League has also confirmed that all fixtures on the final day of the season, Sunday May 28, will now kick-off at 4:30pm.
